Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #9A), to continue providing dental services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid members age 21 and older through New Hampshire’s Medicaid Care Management Program, by increasing the price limitation by $1,086,162 from $49,445,550 to $50,531,712 with no change to the contract completion date of March 31, 2026.
