Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Annseal Inc., Johnson City, NY, for pavement crack seal in Districts 1 and 3 (Campton-Woodstock I-93 exits 29-30 NB/SB and Littleton I-93 exits 43-44 NB/SB), on the basis of a low bid of $320,271.51. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $32,027.15 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 19, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
