Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc., Boston, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, item #28), for the ongoing operation of an after-hours hotline to field reports of child abuse and neglect, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,833,999 from $535,295 to $2,369,294 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2022, to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2022. 100% General Funds.
