Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to amend the contract with Cubic Transportation Systems Inc., San Diego, CA, (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/15, item #25), by increasing the contract amount by $1,000,000 from $102,541,727.23 for a new contract amount not to exceed $103,541,727.23 for a professional services agreement for operations of the NH E-ZPass Customer Service Center and Back Office System. Effective upon G&C approval, through June 30, 2024. 100% Turnpike Funds.
