Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into a Project Agreement with Dartmouth Transportation Company, Inc., Concord, NH, to allow the Department to bill Dartmouth Coach for costs associated with improvements to the I-89 Exit 12 New London Park and Ride lot. Project costs will be shared by the Department and by Dartmouth Coach of 10% or up to $70,000 of the total project cost. Effective upon G&C approval and continuing through engineering design, construction, inspection, and final acceptance of the completed project, in accordance with the Department’s 10 Year Transportation Improvement plan. 100% Private Local Funds.
