Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries, Inc., Dracut, MA, on the basis of a sole bid of $4,178,553.98 for pavement resurfacing of a 4.9 mile section of NH 125 running from Barrington to Rochester, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $208,927.70 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specification. 100% Federal Funds
