Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $5,931,551.20 for bridge replacement of culvert carrying NH 125 over Little River in Lee, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $474,524.10 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 12, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specification. 100% Federal Funds
