Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, (originally presented to G&C on 12/20/20, informational item H), to continue to provide COVID-19 sample testing, by increasing the price limitation by $361,147 from $8,182,500 to $8,543,647 and with no change to the project completion date of December 31, 2022. Effective retroactive to December 22, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
