Authorize to amend an existing contract with bioMerieux, Inc., Durham, NC, (originally approved by G&C on 7/10/19, item #9), to provide repair and service for Vidas and Vitek laboratory instruments located at the Public Health Laboratories, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $105,123 from $96,632 to $201,755 and by extending the completion date from July 10, 2022 to July 10, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
