Authorize to amend an existing contract with As Life Goes on, LLC, Hollis, NH, to continue providing behavioral health long term care bed capacity exclusively for patients transferring from NH Hospital of Glencliff Home, by increasing the price limitation by $45,000 from $2,095,416 to $2,140,416, with no change to the shared price limitation of $520,416, and by extending the completion date from May 31, 2022 to May 31, 2023. Effective retroactive to March 8, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
