Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with RCR Technology Corporation, Inc., Indianapolis, IN, (originally approved by G&C on 7/10/13, item #57), to continue to provide service and maintenance to the NH Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment and the NH Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment data management system, to continue to provide funds to maintain community provider access, and to continue providing support for staff certification services linked to the Contractor’s data management system, by increasing the price limitation by $391,527 from $1,235,423.50 to $1,626,950.50, and by extending the completion date from October 31, 2022 to October 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 34.18% Federal, 65.82% General Funds.
