Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Care Solutions, Inc., Atlanta, GA, (originally approved by G&C on 4/5/17, late item #A), to continue to provide a web-based Health and Safety training program and ongoing support and maintenance, by increasing the price limitation by $195,673 from $141,500 to $337,173 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022 whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
