Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with All States Construction, Inc., Sunderland, MA, on the basis of a single bid of $1,739,805.45 for resurfacing of 10.2 miles if pavement on 6 sections in 6 Towns in Districts 4 and 5 including Rindge, Mont Vernon, Dunbarton, Allenstown, Warner, and Hopkinton. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $86,990.27 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 14, 2022. 100% Other Funds (SB-367).
