Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Busby Construction Co. Inc., Atkinson, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $574,955 for the rehabilitation of a metal culvert carrying Bowman Brook under NH 114 in Bedford. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $57,495.50 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 28, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
