Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with The Gorman Group, LLC d/b/a GORTECH, Albany, NY, on the basis of a low bid of $4,796,762.26 for pavement preservation on I-93 in Woodstock and Lincoln, in District 3. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $239,838.11 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 16, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
