Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Revenue to amend a contract with Innovative Technical Consulting, Inc., Suwanee, GA, (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/17, item #43), by exercising a contract renewal option and by increasing the price limitation by $18,000 from $150,000 to $168,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022 for the purpose of providing comprehensive technical support services for the IBM Power 8 Server.
