Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Yeaton Associates, Inc., Littleton, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/19/19, item #152), for Professional Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $500,000 from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022, whichever is later.
