Authorize the Division of Pesticide to hold an organized meeting March 11, 2025 through March 13, 2025 at the Double Tree by Hilton, Manchester, NH for a total conference cost not to exceed $29,287.50 for the purpose of sponsoring a conference entitled “2025 New England PIRT.” Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2025. (2) Further authorize to enter into a contract with Double Tree by Hilton, in the amount of $29,287.50 for the rental of space and catering for the “2025 New England PIRT” conference. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2025. (3) Further authorize an advance payment of $1,000 to the Double Tree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel to secure the date and facility. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
