Authorize the Office of Outdoor Recreation Industry Development (ORID) to exercise a retroactive renewal option with Backyard Concept, LLC, Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #95, archived document ), for continued implementation of ORID initiatives by increasing the price limitation by $297,097 from $296,988 to $594,085 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
