Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source nine month lease agreement with the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, Bar Harbor, ME, for an amount not to exceed $46,125, which will provide courtroom and office space comprised of 4,191 square feet for the 6th Circuit-District Division-Hillsborough Courthouse. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of June 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
