Authorize to amend an existing contract with ConvenientMD, LLC, Portsmouth, NH, (Informational item B G&C 5/19/21) for the provision of post-accidental needlestick testing and occupational medicine services for COVID-19 vaccinators and source patients by decreasing the price limitation by $184,800 from $237,600 to $52,800 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery).
