Description
Authorize to amend existing contacts with the Contractors as detailed in letter dated March 17, 2022, (originally approved by G&C on 6/20/18 item #27E) to provide home visiting services to expectant women and newly parenting individuals by increasing the total price limitation by $813,936 from $10,157,002 to $10,970,938 with no change to the contract completion dates of September 30, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 87% Federal, 9% General, and 4% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
