Authorize to amend an existing contract with Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc., Gardner, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, tabled item#32) by modifying the Intensive Community Based Acute Treatment rate and decreasing the price limitation by $569,895 from $4,011,714 to $3,441,819 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 49% Federal, 51% General Funds, dependent on eligibility of clients.
