Description
Authorize to enter into a Contract with Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc., Germantown, MD, in the amount of $12,588,927.88, for design testing, installation and maintenance services for the Toll Collection System for the Bureau of Turnpikes. Effective upon G&C approval, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew, for up to three, 3-year optional maintenance periods up to, but not beyond June 30, 2036. 100% Turnpike Funds.
