Authorize to enter into a contract with Spears Bros., Building Salvage & Wrecking of Laconia, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $322,455.50 for the Derry-Londonderry I-93 Exit 4A project consisting of demolition of residential buildings and ancillary structures, and site restoration on 7 State owned properties, located on the Trolley Car Lane in the Town of Londonderry, and Folsom Road and Ferland Drive in the Town of Derry. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $32,245.55 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 16, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
