Authorize to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc. of Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $4,776,538.12 for resurfacing 13 sections of various Tier 2, 3 and 4 roadways in 17 towns, including: Hinsdale, Swanzey, Rindge, Jaffrey-New Ipswich, Francestown, Mason, Greenville, Hancock, Dublin, Harrisville, Nelson, Deering, Marlow, Alstead, Stoddard, and New Ipswich in District 4. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 29.96% General, 70.04% Other Funds (Betterment and SB367).
