Authorize to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc. of Belmont, NH on the basis of a low bid of $4,343,543.25 for resurfacing various Tier 2, 3, and 4 roads throughout 12 towns, including: Stratford, Lancaster, Bethlehem, Whitfield, Jefferson, Errol, Randolph, Shelburne, Milan, Dummer, Northumberland, and Stark in District 1. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $150,000 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 15.63% General, 84.37% Other Funds (Betterment and SB367).
