Description
Authorize the approval of revised supplemental resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $100 million of Turnpike System Revenue Bonds, 2022 Refunding Series (the “Bonds”). The revised supplemental resolution will supersede and replace in all respects the prior version of the 2022 Refunding Series Resolution approved by G&C on 1/26/22, item #50, which authorized the issuance of up to $90 million in Bonds.
