Description
Authorize to transfer NH Department of Environmental Services Wetlands Bureau permit #2017-00695 (originally approved by G&C on 6/7/17 item #111) to the new owner, Brianna Stephens Revocable Trust, to perform work on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro. (2) Further authorize to extend said permit for a period of 5 years to allow the completion of the work. The permit was originally issued to the Flint Family Revocable Trust.
