Authorize the Division of Education Analytics and Resources to accept and expend Promoting the Health of NH Youth through School-Based Surveillance Federal Grant funds in the amount of $62,474 from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for administration of the Youth Risk Behavior Survey and the Health Profile Questionnaire. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
