Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with the vendor as detailed in letter dated April 5, 2022, (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, item #8) for social services that focus on refugees who have been in the country for 5 years or less, by exercising contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $295,386 from $390,000 to $685,386 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
