Authorize to accept and expend funds from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, entitled Block Grants for Community Mental Health Services, in the amount of $129,600. (2) Further authorize to establish 1 temporary full-time position, titled Program Specialist II (LG 21), to assist the BMHS Community Mental Health Block Grant State Planner to manage the new funding received via 3 new mental health block grants due to COVID-19. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon fiscal committee approval on April 15, 2022.
