Authorize to amend an existing contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, item #37) for temporary staff to support a variety of public health programs within the Department, by increasing the price limitation by $3,012,977 from $6,341,814 to $9,354,791 with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2023.
