Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain, to enter into a sole source contract with AC Electric Corp., Auburn, ME, in the amount of $16,433 for the labor and materials required to complete the two-way shipping, overhaul, and dynamic testing of the DC motor of Cannon Mountain’s Eagle Cliff Triple Chair on the emergency basis within 6 days’ time. Effective retroactive to March 5, 2022 through March 11, 2022. 100% Cannon Funds.
