Authorize the Division of Forest and lands to accept and expend a Federal Grant Award in an amount up to $2,300,000 for the acquisition of Conservation Easements on 1,196 +/- acres in the town of Jackson and Bartlett in Carroll County, NH, known as the “Dundee Community Forest, Forest Legacy Project”. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon fiscal committee approval on April 15, 2022.
