Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to accept the release of rights of approximately 5.1 +/- acres of former railroad corridor abutting Mast Yard State Forest in the Town of Hopkinton, from Pinsly Railroad Company, Inc., successor in interest to the Concord & Claremont Railway Railroad. Effective upon G&C approval.
