Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Warmington, seconded by Councilor Wheeler, voted to table the request to authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 22+/- acres of state-owned land within the Controlled Access Right of Way on the westerly side of NH Route 11, in the Town of Alton. The sale will be directly to the Society of the Protection of NH Forests (Grantee) for $181,100, which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
