Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to hold an organized meeting on September 22, 2022 at the Lancaster Fairgrounds, Lancaster, NH, for a total conference cost not to exceed $16,675 for the purpose of recognizing and Training Department employees. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2022. 87.5% Highway, 12.5% Turnpike Funds. (2) Further authorize to accept free use of the Lancaster Fairgrounds, with a reported value of $2,000, for the NHDOT Safety Plow Rally on September 22, 2022.
