Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the individuals as detailed in the letter dated January 27, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #133) to conduct Special Education Impartial Due Process Hearings, State Board of Education Hearings, Vocational Rehabilitation Hearings, and Alternative Dispute Resolution sessions, by increasing the price limitation by $25,000 from $155,000 to $180,000 with no change to the contract end date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 51% Federal Funds, 49% General Funds
