Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $349,556 for the federal Weatherization Assistance Program. (2) Further authorize to advance to the vendor $45,251 of the contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
