Authorize to amend an existing contract with the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1/12/22, item #41), to give clients enrolled in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as the Fuel Assistance Program, a one-time benefit on their electric bills by increasing the price limitation by $991,460 from $5,140,370 to $6,131,830 using American Rescue Plan Act funds, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. There is no time extension in this contract. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
