Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with the Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1/12/22, item #44), to authorize a one-time electric bill credit for clients enrolled in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as the Fuel Assistance Program in American Rescue Plan Act funds, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. This amendment will authorize SNHS to convert $1,398,870 of funding to support this program and will liquidate unused funds to be distributed to the other CAPs decreasing the price limitation by $4,182,920 from $14,081,127 to $9,898,207. There is no time extension for this contract. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
