Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Double Line, Inc., Hutto, TX (originally approved by G&C on 10/4/23, Item #86), by increasing the price limitation by $498,400 from $373,165 to $871,565 and by extending the end date from February 28, 2025 to June 30, 2026 to map additional data elements to Common Educations Data Standards (CEDS) and create the data marts that NHED needs to meets its mandatory education reporting requirements from the CEDS data warehouse. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 43% Federal Funds, 57% Education Trust Fund
