Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Instructional Support to enter into a contract with Enaltecer Education Consulting LLC, Newport, RI in the amount of $70,000, to provide English Language Development curriculum tools to NHED and professional learning to five school districts. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
