Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the snowmobile club and at the property listed on letter dated June 29, 2022, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public snowmobile trails. Effective upon G&C approval through June 15, 2027. No State funding is required.
