Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Henniker in the amount not to exceed $960,000 for Wastewater and Pump Station Upgrades project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Town of Henniker in an amount not to exceed $2,140,000 to finance Wastewater and Pump Station Upgrades project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
