Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Laconia in the amount not to exceed $747,600 for the Northern Lakeport Area Sewer Replacement project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the City of Laconia in an amount not to exceed $2,160,827 to finance Northern Lakeport Area Sewer Replacement project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
