Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Seabrook in an amount not to exceed $528,800 for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Seabrook in an amount not to exceed $2,115,200 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
