Description
Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, Franklin, NH, in an amount not to exceed $459,000 to fund the Pump Station Emergency Generator Replacements project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, Franklin, NH, in an amount not to exceed $1,071,000 to finance the Pump Station Emergency Generator Replacements project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
