Authorize to award a grant to the City of Portsmouth, NH, in an amount not to exceed $210,000 for the development and implementation of an Asset Management Program for the City’s stormwater system, horizontal wastewater collection system, wastewater pump stations, and 2 wastewater treatment facilities.
